Gillian's cupcake
Gillian, a friend from church, asked me to knit her some cupcakes.
After searching for some patterns on the internet I finally decided to design my own pattern.

Preparing for Easter
This year I am knitting Easter items for charity.
Here is a whole batch of freshly hatched chickens, rabbits and ducklings:
These little toys stand 7"/18cm tall (including ears).
I first made them as little gnomes when my nephews were little. This year I have decided to turn them into rabbits.
Here is just one of them. (More may follow ...)

Snow, snow, snow!

It's been a while ...
I can't believe it's been 4 months since I last wrote on my blog!
I have spent the Christmas break using up some of my wool stash by making stripey jumpers for toddlers. They are knitted from sleeve to sleeve, creating vertical stripes.
I have found two new knitting charities for my jumpers:
Algerian Action
and
Project Peru
